It's been a great run with the Friso Rewards Programme but it's now time for us to say goodbye. It's been our pleasure to provide this value-added service to our consumers and we are grateful for your support over the years.

• From now till 30 November 2021, continue to earn points with every eligible purchase. Each dollar spend gives you 1 Friso Rewards Point, rounded down to the nearest dollar.
• From 1 December 2021 onwards, purchases made on Friso Online will no longer earn any more Friso Rewards Points.

Please make your redemptions by 28 February 2022. After this date, all programme benefits will cease and unutilized points will automatically expire and become no longer redeemable.

Here's what you can redeem your Friso Rewards Points for:

Redeem, with 200 points:

- $50 off the first month of the Friso Subscription Plan

- Friso Gold Rice-based Milk Cereal (300g)

- Friso Gold Wheat-based Milk Cereal (300g)

Redeem, with 300 points:

- Free shipping voucher

Redeem, with 600 points:

- Friso Gold 3 with 2'FL (900g)

- Friso Gold 4 with 2'FL (900g)

*Note that only one reward code may be used per transaction.  

Here's how you can redeem your points:

1. View your points balance via the Friso Rewards widget at bottom right hand corner of your account (you'll have to be signed in!). It shows your current point balance.

2. Click on the icon and the widget will pop up.

3. If you are eligible for points, it will show up on the golden bar in the widget. You may click on it to view the rewards that are you are eligible to redeem.  

4. Click into the preferred reward you would like to redeem. You would be asked to confirm your redemption.

5. Click "Claim" and your promocode will show up. Copy this promo code.

6. Search, in the search bar, for the item you wish to redeem and the item to cart. Codes are specific to products so do ensure the item you are adding to cart is the same as the one you redeemed your code for.

Do note that there is a word "[Reward]" in front of Friso Gold 3 and Friso Gold 4 listings that can be redeemed.

7. If you have other items to purchase, please add them into your cart. Do note that free delivery is only for purchases above $50.

8. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and choose your preferred delivery date.

9. Use the code you just copied and enter it into discount code section. Your discount will be reflected in your cart. Sit back and wait for your parcel to reach you!

*Note that redemption is not allowed on infant formula or follow-on formula for children from 0 -12M old.
