TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “FRISO GOOD SLEEP GOOD POOP NCP 2022” (“PROMOTION”)

     

A. ELIGIBILITY

  1. This Promotion is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and immediate families of FrieslandCampina (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“FCSG”), its associated agencies involved, distributors and trade retailers and is valid in Singapore only.
  2. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant represents and warrants that he or she has met the eligibility criteria set out under these Contest Terms and Conditions. Each Participant also consents to the use by, FCSG of his or her personal information for feedback, promotional and marketing purposes.

 

B. PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. The promotion starts from 00:00 on 1st April 2022 and ends at 23:59 on 30th April 2021 (“Promotion Period”), across all participating retailers in Singapore only.
  2. The Redemption period will end on 23:59 on 15th May 2021 (“Redemption Period’).

C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE (REDEMPTION)

Step 1: Purchase Friso GOLD Products

  1. Purchase at least $250 worth of products (“Participating Products”) in up to 3 valid receipts (“Proof of Purchase”) from any participating stores in Singapore and redeem Limited Edition Friso x Maison Q Limited Edition Reversible Bedding (worth $168), consisting of a single bed duvet cover and 1 pillow case.
  2. The Participating Products are Friso Gold 2FL Stage 3 900g & 1.8kg, Friso Gold 2FL Stage 4 900g & 1.8kg, Friso Gold Comfort Next 400g and 800g, Friso Rice, Wheat, Banana Cereal and Friso Mum Gold 900g. *Excludes Frisolac Gold 2FL Stage 1 900g, Frisolac Gold 2FL Stage 2 900g, 1.8kg, Frisolac Gold HA and Frisolac Gold AR 400g.
  3. Participating offline stores are: Cold Storage, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Giant, Guardian, Jasons Marketplace, Mustafa, motherswork, Prime Supermarket, Sheng Siong, U-stars Supermarket
  4. For Online Stores:Friso Online, Friso Official Store on Lazada, Friso Official Store on Shopee, Friso Official Store on Redmart, Cold Storage online, FairPrice online , Giant online , Guardian online , Sheng Siong online. Limited Edition Friso x Maison Q Limited Edition Reversible Bedding will be delivered together with $250 purchase for participating online stores.
  5. Each valid $250 purchase of participating products will be entitled to 1 redemption.

Step 2: go to www.frisogsgpredemption.com and enter details from redemption form page

  1. Key in ALL required fields.
  2. Key in amount purchased (Friso participating products only).
  3. Upload receipt (Do ensure full receipt is captured), only upload JPEG images and up to 1mb per upload. ONLY RECEIPTS DATED FROM 1 APRIL 2022 WILL BE ACCEPTED. Original valid receipt should include clearly the date of purchase, store name, receipt number and a description of purchased Friso products.
  4. Pick the premium based on amount spent. Remaining available amount to redeem is not transferrable to another redemption entry.
  5. Choose for either delivery or self-collection.
  6. Get an acknowledgement prompt and SMS after submitting entry.
  7. Entries will take 4-5 working days before approval.
  • For online orders, please enter the lucky draw separately.
  1. All Entries (including the Proofs of Purchase) submitted shall be classified as the property of FCSG and will not be returned.
  2. FCSG reserves the right to reject any photo entry which the receipt has been tampered, modified or viewed, in its sole discretion, as invalid.
  3. FCSG may disregard or disqualify any entry, in such manner as FCSG deems fit, without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to any person. In particular, no participant shall, or procure another person to, (i) tamper with the operation of the Promotion or any relevant website, (ii) participate in the Promotion in any manner which may create any prejudice to or anomaly in the scoring system or operation of the Promotion; and (iii) breach these Promotion Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law or regulation.

Step 3: Claim premium

  1. Upon approval of entry, you will be contacted with regards to the redemption of the premium, based on contact details and delivery address (if applicable) given for the Promotion.
  2. For self-collection, Participants must present the original receipt, along with any other redemption notification where applicable at the following locations during the Opening Hours for collection. Participants must receive the notification for redemption before collecting the premium:

  2. The Premiums are available on an as-is basis and are not transferable, exchangeable or converted to monetary value. FCSG reserves the right not to award any Premium or award any alternative premium of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever to any person who fails to meet any stipulated requirement in order to redeem the premium.
  3. Premium(s) not collected within the stipulated date of collection will be forfeited and no form (whether in cash or in kind) will be given in place of the forfeited prize. Unclaimed premiums shall be disposed of at the sole discretion of FCSG.
  4. All premiums are strictly not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reasons.

D. HOW TO PARTICIPATE (LUCKY DRAW ONLY; INCLUDING ONLINE RETAILERS)

Step 1: Purchase Friso Products

  1. Purchase at least 1 tin of products (“Participating Products”) in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from any participating stores in Singapore and stand a chance to win a 3D2N Staycation at Shangri-la Singapore (“Prize”).
  2. Step 2: go to www.frisogsgpredemption.com and enter details from lucky draw form page

  1. Key in ALL required fields.
  2. Key in number of tins purchased (Friso participating products only).
  3. Upload receipt (Do ensure full receipt is captured), only upload JPEG images and up to 1mb per upload. ONLY RECEIPTS DATED FROM 1 APRIL 2022 WILL BE ACCEPTED. Original valid receipt should include clearly the date of purchase, store name, receipt number and a description of purchased Friso products.
  4. Get an acknowledgement prompt and SMS after submitting entry
  5. Multiple entries throughout the campaign period are accepted from the same participant as long as separate purchases of any Friso Products are made and submitted as separate entries with different receipt numbers.
  6. Each entry must be accompanied by respective original retailer receipt or original retailer online invoice as proof of purchase. Screenshots of delivery confirmations will not be accepted for the promotion.
  7. Participants are to keep the Proof of Purchase for record and/or verification purposes for winners’ prizes to be delivered.
  8. FCSG may disregard or disqualify any entry, in such manner as FCSG deems fit, without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to any person. In particular, no participant shall, or procure another person to, (i) tamper with the operation of the Promotion or any relevant website, (ii) participate in the Promotion in any manner which may create any prejudice to or anomaly in the scoring system or operation of the Promotion; and (iii) breach these Promotion Terms and Conditions or any other applicable law or regulation.
  9. There are a total of Five (5) prizes (“Prize”) of the Contest as follows:
    1. GRAND PRIZE (5 winners): 3D2N Staycation at Shangri-la Singapore (worth $1,888)
  10. The lucky draw (“Draw”) will be conducted on 16th May 2022. Winners will be notified either through WhatsApp text, email or phone call with details of how to claim the Prizes. Winners MUST submit the Proof of Purchase for verification purposes prior to collection.
  11. The total number and type of Prizes that will be awarded in this Promotion will not exceed those as stated in paragraph D(13). In participating in this Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that in no event will more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.
  12. Prizes are available on an as-is basis and are not transferable, exchangeable or converted to monetary FCSG reserves the right not to award any Prizes or any alternative prizes of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever to any person who fails to meet any stipulated requirement in order to claim the Prize.
  13. Winners may be required to sign or acknowledge a Participation/Release Agreement in the form required by the FCSG in order to claim the Prizes.

 

  1. FCSG reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, with an alternative winner.

 

  1. Unless otherwise specified, all Prizes MUST be claimed by 31st May 2022. Prizes not claimed within the stipulated date will be forfeited. Any Prizes not redeemed within the period, shall be deemed forfeited.

 

  1. Prizes are subjected to the terms and conditions of the respective sponsors and third party vendors, if any. FCSG is not liable for these conditions and the use of Prizes. For more details, please refer to Appendix 1.

E. OTHER CONDITIONS

  1. The Premiums are made of 100% cotton. FCSG is not and shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions from usage of the premium, nor any damage of Premium due to wear and tear or washing.
  2. Participants shall participate in the Promotion on his/her own account, and shall not submit entries or participate on behalf of other persons. Each Participant represents and warrants that where applicable:

(i) he/she has obtained all necessary consents, licenses and approvals required in connection with the Promotion and his/her participation, and

(ii) all materials, documents and forms submitted or created by him/her in connection with the Promotion are original and do not infringe on the rights of any party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, patent, trademark or brand name registered or enforceable anywhere in the world.

  1. Phone data usage to participate in this Promotion may be subject to charges by your service provider / carrier.
  2. FCSG collects personal identifiable information to provide services or correspond with you. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the FCSG and is used to fulfil your request(s). By taking part in this contest, you understand and accept without condition that FCSG may elect to use this information for the purpose of present and/or future marketing and promotional purposes.
  3. This Promotion is for promotional purposes only and you accept that there is no intention to create legal relations between yourself and FCSG.
  4. All promotional materials, including details on Participation and Premiums form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. FCSG is not and shall not be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of the Promotion caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any web site or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any participants or to any other person's computer or mobile phone related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Promotion.
  6. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, FCSG may at its discretion, at any time replace or substitute the premiums with any other of equal value, and reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice. Entry into this Promotion confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  7. FCSG’s decisions in all matters relating to this contest are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
