Friso wants to offer you fast & free* delivery islandwide when shopping on Friso Online. We targeting to have your parcel delivered within 48 hours (2 working days) of placing an order. 

• For orders purchased before 11am on Mondays - Fridays, it will be delivered during the next working day.
  
• For orders purchased after 11am on Mondays - Thursdays, it will be delivered during the following working day.
  
• For orders purchased after 11am on Fridays, or weekends, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Once you place your order, we will send you an notification with a tracking number to track the status of your order on NinjaVan's portal. Do note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking details to be visible.

We are also happy to share that you can select your preferred delivery date, to have your orders delivered up to 5 days after placing an order.

We offer free shipping in Singapore for orders above $50. For orders less than $50, a $4.50 shipping fee will apply for domestic deliveries. 

Returns and exchanges are strictly not allowed, except for dented or damaged tins.

For purchases made at supermarkets/retailers, please reach out to them directly.
